“Great bang for your buck” 2010-01-28

over all a great gps easy to set up and use. Gets me where i am going most of the time only messed up once while I have had it.

I was satisfied with the Maps and directions but I ordered a unit initially which kept rebooting on its own intermittently while driving and at home. I returned this unit and ordered another Nuvi 265WT from Amazon. The same problem kept happening with the new unit too. I ended up returning the second GPS too. This happened despite updating the software on these units. The bluetooth was simply horrendous and was unclear and tinny.
I would not advice buying the Garmin Nuvi 265WT.

Overall I like the GPS. The “keys” are small and there is a tendency for another letter to be chosen. Mine periodically switches off and then right back on. I have had difficulty finding some places, even searching various ways.

Everything works good out of the box, except the msn feature. I haveen’t been able to connect to this feature. After talking with msn and garmin they sent me a rebuilt attente. Still this feature does not work

It seemed to be good price and good product. Unfortunately I might recieve a defective one. Returned it and later bought Magellan GPS 4700 with special discount.
